With a combined total of 50 years in recruitment Impact Performance operates with a small team of mature, professional, knowledgeable consultants.

Managing Director Charlotte Williams, has over 25 years experience in recruitment – starting her career on the HR side of the fence organising and delivering large and small recruitment campaigns across a number of sectors.

Moving to the other side of the desk she gained years of experience of recruitment services provision to clients ranging form FTSE 100 Companies to small niche operations, across a number of industry sectors and recruiting at all levels and disciplines.

Having in the past successfully bought, managed and grown a company (Ondeck)  from 2 to 90 staff in multi disciplines and multi global locations, Charlotte has experienced all of the challenges that recruiting staff can present.

Amy Daniel has a wealth of experience in dealing with corporate organisations at all levels and across a number of disciplines. Having been instrumental in the growth of the same company with regards to the sales and recruitment, she is able to understand a client or candidates requirements and come up with solutions.
